*** This property is located 28 minutes from the Main Elk Springs Resort Property in Sevierville on the edge of Pigeon Forge close to Gatlinburg. The cabin is 20 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg

3 Full beds and 3 full baths, spectacular views and a great location - sleeps a total of 10 guests. Once you experience the views you will realize how great a decision you made when planning your vacation. Your group will be able to spread out on 3 separate floors with 3 separate sitting and gathering areas. The kids will love the game room with pool table and air hockey while the adults will love the peace and quiet in the great room with fireplace, views and adjoining dining and kitchen area.

When you plan your vacation you want convenience and Awesome Views is just 10 minutes to the center of Pigeon Forge and all the shows, dining and amusement park activities. Drive another 15 minutes and you at the main entrance to the National Park!

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Cabin Getaway

This was our second cabin experience with the Elk Springs Resort company and this cabin lived up to its name. With awesome views on every level and a very spacious upstairs level, it was perfect for my family vacation. The cabin was ready before 3:00pm, and although it took us a few seconds to find the exact cabin on the property, it was a great trip.

DIRTY!!!!

When we first arrived I noticed the stove was lit up and said cooktop hot/cooktop ON, one of the burners was left ON which is weird considering the cleaning crew probably should have noticed that if they ACTUALLY cleaned. Our floors were dirty, there was so much hair and dirt sticking to our feet that we swept it ourselves and looked like it hadn't been swept before we got there. There was a cigarette butt, an incense stick, and a piece of gum laying outside on a table. Our window upstairs had forehead and fingerprints all over it as well as one of the doors leading outside to one of the decks.There was a disgusting amount of dust and hair on the headboard part of the bed frame up on the top floor. Also the amount of dust that I could see in the kitchen up on the top shelf was crazy on a birdhouse decoration in the kitchen. Even a vent in the kitchen/living room area looks like it never gets dusted. Also the couch on the top floor had some disgusting crusty stain and another huge stain on it. 3 of 6 that stayed here, got bacteria folliculitis from the hot tub. Which we followed instructions and were clean when we got in and washed when we got out of it. It is hard for me to believe that it is properly cleaned when we got in it the first night and two days later it smelled like rotten fish. I had contacted someone through chat the next afternoon (Thursday) and a "Porsha B" emailed me asking when I checked in, which I figured someone would call me to contact me, and never heard anything back. The response from "Erica H" was that it was my fault we got the folliculitis because we probably didn't follow proper procedure, they contacted me the next morning (before I had a chance to see all these issues, and there was nothing wrong so it was my fault nothing was addressed, but I did contact them that next afternoon and no contact was made back to me. I wish I could attach pictures of the dust in this place and the infection we got from their "clean" hot tub.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I truly apologize that you experienced any issues with our rental company, Jacquelyn. As you know, this is not typical of a stay with us. We do our best to uphold the same high standard for each of our cabins and I am very sorry if this particular cabin's cleaning was not held that standard during your stay. I do know that shock and bromine are added to our hot tubs and they are refilled with well water before each visit. Our housekeepers are required to provide time and date stamped photos during each hot tub cleaning. These photos were submitted prior to your arrival, so we can assure you the hot tub was cleaned properly. If you or someone had a reaction to the bromine I am truly very sorry. Often the reaction is not an infection but caused by other lotions, soaps, or skin products being left on the skin and then entering into the hot tubs; however, I have made our head of housekeeping aware of this issue and we will have this well water tested again to be on the safe side. Please do not hesitate to contact us during your stay if you find things that are not up to par. We are here to make things right. We are not all perfect, but we do want things to be perfect for our guests. I do show that management called on 8/27 to ensure things were going well and nothing was notated at that time of any issues with your stay. Again, we are very sorry that you experienced this issue and would love the opportunity to show you another 5-star visit; however, we do understand if you would like to stay with another company. Again, thank you for sharing your concerns with us and I can assure you we will address them.

False Advertising

A great place to stay!

My family of 7 stayed in the cabin Awesome Views for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. Plenty of room, kids loved the game room and it was very peaceful. The view from cabin is amazing and we were close to attractions also. We are planning to stay next year too. Elk Springs Resort staff was very pleasant and welcoming so we definitely recommend renting a cabin from them!
