Very Nice Vacation
A little smaller than pictures look, but as there was only 3 of us, it was plenty big enough. Everything was very clean, and lots of kitchen ware, towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!Would recommend to others? Yes

As stated this cabin was adorable and cozy. Comfy beds. Adequately equipped with the glaring exception of not a single solitary place to sit, near a lamp, to read a book. Bad planning and irritating, to say the least. Also when we arrived well after dark, the porch light was not on at the end of a dark narrow driveway. Unsafe.Would recommend to others? Yes

Beautiful view, clean, cozy and comfortable! Jacuzzi and all amenities are Great! Lots of privacy but within driving distance from shopping, restaurants, etc. Just take it easy on those mountain roads!Would recommend to others? Yes

Too many stink bugs
Upon arrival we were fighting stink bugs and wasps. I called the main office and they did send a maintenance guy that sprayed the bugs that he saw, but they never stopped coming. We went to Wal-Mart to purchase some cans of raid to help us out, but it was an all day and night battle. The stink bugs are attracted to light so we couldn't even watch TV in the main area without bugs flying on us. They were every where!! The only area that did not have the bugs was the lowest level so that is where we spent most of our time. I didn't think it would be that bad considering that I have rented cabins in Sevierville before without having the bug infestation. One of my guest sat on the bar chair and **** near hit the floor, the chair was broken but you couldn't see it from afar. There was dust everywhere which really shocked me, because I thought they clean up after every visit. Other than the fact that this cabin was spacious, we were highly disappointed.Would recommend to others? No
We are sorry that you did not fully enjoy your vacation to the Smoky Mountains. Unfortunately being in the woods we do have more than our share of bugs. Sting bugs can enter homes very quickly when doors or windows are opened. We apologize they were such nuisance for you. There were no records from our cleaner or inspectors that there were any broken chairs. Unfortunately items can break at any time. We are sorry that had any issues during your stay. Please accept our sincere apology.
Well kept with a wonderful view
The cabin was clean and well kept. The hot tub was working well and ready for use. This cabin is not far from town, but feels secluded. We enjoyed both decks and the comforts of home inside. The beds were decent, could use an upgrade, but not uncomfortable by any means. There were plenty of items in the kitchen to cook and eat with. The deck is very slick when wet. It was raining during our stay and the hot tub over flowed a bit, which made the front entry way on the deck super slick. My wife and I both slipped and fell. She injured her knee pretty bad and will be having surgery due to the fall. Luckily, our toddler did not fall. We knew it was slick and were being careful, but it was unavoidable. Some sand mixed in with the deck paint would help or some other fix. Be careful on the deck! Other than the fall, we had a wonderful stay. This cabin is well priced and worth every cent.Would recommend to others? Yes

Review for fireside memories
This was a spontaneous trip and we stayed in Knoxville (Hilton-very nice)for two nights before heading to the smokies. The cabin was 79 degrees in upon check in (morning) so we left immediately for a few hours, hoping the AC was not on before our arrival. The temp cooled down but the upstairs remained warm. The technician was super nice and professional! A ceiling fan was not operable upstairs and the technician wasn't sure why. The web site states there is a tv in the basement, however, that is not the case, and was told hasn't been one in over a year. When I made the reservation via phone I was told there was a tv in the master, upstairs bedroom, living room, and basement. Again, no tv in basement!There were mice droppings all over the blankets that were stored in a closet. Also droppings located on the flooring. Basement carpet very nice and the cut on was comfortable. The website and reservation agent stated there is a grassy area to walk our pet and to sit and grill out. However, the grass/weeds were knee high! I called the office and told it is a HOA issue!The cabin is nice and we enjoyed the layout. However, disappointed about the above as we spent a lot of money and called the office two of the three days due to issues. The power went out twice so ruined some of our food, but I think that was beyond their control. Furniture had an odor and food in between cushions, needs Cleaning! Dishes were dirty so we washed in dishwasher. The detergent dried onto dishes so ran thru a separate rinse cycle. Still didn't work so had to wash by hand. I called Saturday and asked for a mgr to .ca call me. Today is Tuesday and still NO CALL!!Would recommend to others? No

We do apologize about the tv situation, the previous guest had decided they would take the tv upstairs to watch. Unfortunately the power was down in the area for about 1 hour and we had to wait for the electric department to address the issue. Please know we will work hard to correct the issues you have brought to our attention. Again, we apologize.
I will never rent from eden crest again. The night maint staff are rude and was lied to from the staff at the main office. Upon arrival had no phone. Then no electricity and no water. Was told the electric would be back on the second day of our stay but never came back on. Had to rent a hotel room. Worse vacation ever.Would recommend to others? No
We are sorry to hear that you were impacted by the severe storm during your stay. We did try to give you the most accurate information as it was given to us. In these circumstances we are relying on the electric company to get the power restored as soon as possible. Our staff work very hard to ensure all our guest have a great vacation experience, however we can not control the weather nor predict when these events happen. Our desire is to act with integrity in all that we do, and we do take exceptions to some of the comments made in this review. We will continue to offer all our guests a venue that is well maintained by a staff that is eager to provide all our guests with exceptional customer service and a wonderful vacation experience. Fireside Memories Review
Overall the cabin is beautiful and well worth the money. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. The hot water smelled like sulfer- after two maintenance requests, the issue was fixed but there seems to be a larger issue that needs to be addressed. Also, the hot tub is not very hot. Other than those two issues, highly recommended. The location was kind of hard to find as the actual road name is not found in the GPS.Would recommend to others? Yes
