"It was our first time in the Smokies. Such a wonderful cabin. It was well-equipped. Check-in was super easy. No issues at all during our stay. The place was very clean. Great views from the hot tub and deck. Nice and quiet for maximum relaxation. 5 stars. Will stay with Elk Springs again for sure. "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Sunshine Cabin
Our cabin exceeded Expectations!! We loved it from the moment we walked in. Grilled dinner on the gas grill at night. Listened to music on the record player provided. Sat in the hot tub every night. Enjoyed the Peace, Quiet and Beauty every morning sitting on the beautiful deck. Everything worked perfectly. Frequent text/check-ins inquiring if we needed anything. Great communication. Flawless check- in and check-out. Highly recommend.
50 Anniversary Stay In The Smoky Mountains
2bedroom 2 bath secluded cabin in a nice location. The information about the property when I booked it was not the same when we checked in. The online info said it was a 2 bedroom Queen, but when we checked in one bedroom had a Full bed and that is small for two Adults, if I had known this I would have book another place, I messaged the management company and all they said was sorry we will get that changed, didn’t even offer any solutions, not very professional. The furniture down by the fire pit needs to be replaced or get rid of the fire pit, it is dangerous. The cabin itself is nice, but I like to get what is advertised or be compensated something. This trip was with 2 couples both celebrating their 50 wedding anniversary. Last I looked on the site for the cabin it had not been changed. I would hope the owners will see this and reach out to me. The other bedroom was a King not a queen it was big but still not what was advertised. Not good for business. I am going to check NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PROPERTY UNTIL THE DITE IS FIXED. It could have been fixed while we were there for 6 nights.
