Love the view and location
Great Stay At The Highlands!
Rental was beautiful and very welcoming with a lovely lit Christmas tree. Views are beautiful overlooking the city and mountains. Very convenient to town Just a short ride down the mountain and you’re there. I highly recommend this location and this beautiful condo community.

Beautiful And Spotless Rental!
We recently stayed at Shiloh Sunrise 401 at the Highlands and HIGHLY recommend this rental. We travel frequently with our family of 5 (3 young kids) and so having a clean and spacious rental is important to us. This exceeded our expectations and is one of the best we have have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, clean, and so close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back!
Home Away From Home
This was our first year back since the 2016 fires, our families were regulars to this place. When we first walked into our unit, I was almost in tears on the breathtaking views from the ginormous windows! The beds were so comfy, everything was top notch! We are so happy to be back to our home away from home!!!
A Perfect Mountain Getaway
Our stay at Highlands of the Smokies in Gatlinburg was phenomenal. The stunning mountain and Gatlinburg city views left us speechless, with misty peaks by day and twinkling city lights at night. Watching bears roam the property was a thrill—we saw more here than in the Smoky Mountains National Park! The brand-new cabin blended modern luxury with rustic charm, featuring gleaming hardwood, a stone fireplace, and cozy decor. Spacious and well-designed, it had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, plush beds, and a soaking tub perfect for evening relaxation. The deck was ideal for enjoying the scenery. With high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample supplies, no detail was overlooked. Check-in was seamless, and the location balances proximity to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge with serene seclusion. Ideal for families or getaways, this place is a gem. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!
