The inside of the cabin is clean, cozy, pristine, and perfectly appointed with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, seasonal wood fireplace, arcade game, cable TV, washer and dryer, sleeper sofa, and fully equipped kitchen ready for you to cook your favorite meals. Make sure to visit during different seasons so you can see how cute and festive it's decorated for different holidays! Buttercup Bear is the ideal cabin for your Smoky Mountain vacation! This home is kept pet free so as to be a great option for those with allergies! NO smoking. There are winding and steep mountain roads on the way to the cabin. Flat, paved parking at cabin. The roads may seem challenging, but they are paved and well kept and useable by all vehicles Please Note: If you visit in winter, you must drive a four-wheel-drive vehicle or have chains for your car. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
