Located in Seymour, just off of Chapman Highway, guests can enjoy easy access to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville where boundless activities await. Although, you might not feel like going anywhere once you see the blacklight game room and the private indoor pool. Even better you can relax in the jacuzzi tub inside or enjoy the scenic views from the hot tub outside, or play pickle ball on your own private court. There is also plenty of seating in the dining area to enjoy meals made in the kitchen. And with the open-floor plan visiting between kitchen and living room is easy. Swimming in the Smokies cannot wait to welcome you!

Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
