With a private pool and hot tub (April 1st-November 1st) it also has a firepit to enjoy year-round. And if inside time is what you can stream movies and enjoy the big fireplace or cook up a nice meal in the large kitchen. Adventuring out is easy to because Paradise Springs is located just 7 miles from Dollywood and 16 miles from Gatlinburg. For additional space guests can also rent Bear's Lantern, the neighboring property adding even more room. This Sevierville property is everything family or friends could want for their together time getaway.

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
