Bedrooms are spread out across all three floors of this home, so you'll have plenty of choices. Downstairs, two bunk rooms connect to the fun shared lounge space, complete with a private pool table, full-size refrigerator, and a home theater setup. Desk spaces (shared and private) will make completing remote work and assignments easy. Once you're done, just head outside - there's a spot at the table waiting for you. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is being repaired and should be operational around Oct 15th. An electric vehicle charger is available in the garage. Internet access is not currently offered at this property and cell service is limited due to the ruralness of the area. The castle at the end of the driveway is currently undergoing construction and noise may be heard during your stay. This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
