This two-story home sits on the banks of Silva Branch, which meets up with Happy Hollow (an inlet of Douglas Lake) just up the road. If you're looking to fish for crappie and largemouth bass, head to the boat ramp at the TVRA Flat Creek Access (eight miles) or visit Sevier County Park (nine miles) on the lakeshore. Dollywood (11 miles), Pigeon Forge (12 miles), and Great Smoky Mountains National Park (22 miles) are all within an easy drive as well. A wonderful feature of this home is its large piece of property on the creek, offering a great place for the whole family to relax. Savor your morning coffee on the front porch, barbecue in the afternoons on the deck, and gather for sunset dinners at the picnic table on the lawn. Watch your kids explore, teach them to skip stones on the pond, and roast marshmallows all together around the firepit each evening. This nearly century-old house has been updated throughout, offering central air to keep you cool all summer.
