Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Our Stay At The Nut House

The Nut House Is Wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nut House at Gatlinburg. The cabin felt secluded, even though it was in an area with many other homes. The views off the top back deck were beautiful as we utilized the fire pit both at Happy Hour and for morning coffee. The living room/kitchen area was comfortable with higher end amenities. We certainly used the electric fireplace constantly. Our beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms were large. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. We only had one issue with the internet, and when we called the management company they immediately sent a technician who fixed the problem. We would absolutely stay at the Nut House again in the beautiful Great Smokey Mountains!!

Great Location For Our Stay
This was in a great location while we were in town to visit the smokies and gatlinburg.
Perfect Rental!
This cabin was perfect! We have had some really bad short term rental experiences and I had written them off completely and vowed to only stay in hotels and resorts. However, we took a chance on this cabin and I’m so glad we did. Most importantly, it was super clean! The location was lovely and peaceful- away from town but close enough to get to town easily. We saw bears, enjoyed the wonderful porches, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The only thing that is needed is a couple more large pots and pans for people who want to cook in, which we did a couple times. We were able to make it work with what was there though so it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that, I can’t think of anything else this place is missing. We loved it and highly recommend staying here!
Great Cabin!
Absolutely loved our stay at the Nuthouse! The driveway is a little steep but it was so worth it! The cabin was great and we didn’t want to leave!!
