For outdoor enthusiasts, this area is true highlands bliss, including everything from fishing in the state designated Heritage Trout Waters area to skiing and snowboarding at Cataloochee Ski Area! Important Property Notes - 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. - Travel Insurance is Recommended. Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable. We highly recommend guests consider travelers insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather. - Internet Speed.
