Important Property Notes - Noise Ordinance: Black Oak is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. - Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. - Travel Insurance Recommended: Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable.
