Important Property Notes - High Clearance Recommended (SUV/Truck/Crossover) Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles are not recommended. - One of the unique aspects of Western North Carolina is a lack of property zoning, meaning there could be a trailer next to a million-dollar house! On the route to Red Barn, you will pass a rather unsightly junk yard, but be rest assured you're on the right track to a lovely destination! - The owner of Red Barn lives in the same cabin community and is usually available should you require any assistance during your stay. Property Cancellation Policy Please note that this property's Non-Refundable Period is 31 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement.
