Slide the living room glass doors open to the lanai and create a 2000 sq ft space for relaxing, gathering & party to your own music with the built in sound system. Steps from the lanai is a hot tub, sun heated 60 foot long lap pool and sun deck for enjoyment of your entire group. Tiki torches add a Hawaiian touch at night. Relax at our gazebo set up with daybed – the perfect place for a massage.
The Primary suite is breathtaking. Soaring ceilings, custom Hawaiian native wood cabinets, king size bed, expansive ocean views, soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and a bonus area with two queen beds ideal for children.
The estate has a gourmet kitchen perfect for large parties. Wolf range, Sub-zero refrigerator, outdoor Viking grill, two sinks, two dishwashers, beverage cooler, ice machine, and bar seatings.
Guests bedrooms, each have sliding glass doors opening to an ocean view and outside terrace, en-suite bathroom, and TV. The guest bedrooms are adjacent to a peaceful koi pond courtyard.
Can’t get away from work? There is a spacious private office offering fast internet.
Some people spend their entire vacation without leaving the estate. If you want to explore the area, the estate is centrally located and close to Kailua-Kona. Shopping, restaurants, beaches, airport, and historic sites are a quick car ride away.

The sunny Kona district is known for its clear waters and historic Hawaiian landmarks such as the Hulihe’e Palace, Moku’aikaua Church and Ahu’ena Heiau, about 8 miles south of the keahole-Kona Airport. Kona is also known for its famous deep-sea fishing, annually hosting the International Billfish Tournament (August), world championship triathlon race, ironman (October) and Kona coffee in the cooler upland slopes. Enjoy daily activities such as snorkeling, diving, paddling, watching spinner dolphins and Hawaiian sea turtles casually swimming by the beach, or watch the boats go by while having a meal or a cocktail on Alii drive.
Keauhou Bay is located at the end of Kamehameha III Road, southern kailua Kona, named as the site of the birthplace of King Kamehameha III.
