Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Best Time

The property was not what i thought it would be it better, just as the description gave everything was there. My husband and I celebrated out 6th yr anniversary. Had we had a blast. Even though they were still doing construction, there was minimum noise. but over all we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Beautiful Home

This home was gorgeous but had some concerning elements too. There was so much space for our group, the kitchen had everything needed and the arcade and pool/hot tub absolutely thrilled the kids. The area of concerns follow. There was trash all around the property. From bottles/lighters/clothing, it was obvious that no one was paying attention to the exterior. A nail was popping through one stair and my daughter cut her foot on it on the way down the stairs to the pool. This was easy enough for us to fix so we didn’t report it. There are so many soft spots on the main floor. I don’t know if there was water damage or what but the floor had so many valleys, specifically around the kitchen. The king room on the third floor needed a lot of work. The bed frame was damaged and the center support slid out from under the bed every time someone got in it. This caused the middle of the bed to sink in. The dresser in this room had drawers that couldn’t open and the bathroom oddly didn’t have a toilet paper holder.
I want to stress that we had a great stay.
The elements listed above certainly didn’t ruin our trip but I wanted to make someone aware. For a new home it really felt like the home is now being actively maintained and the purpose of my feedback is to make sure someone knows and it can be fixed for future renters.

Nice Cabin, Convenient To Pigeon Forge Parkway

Property management company was good to work with. Heaters in basement level didn't work appropriately so was chilly in arcade/pool table room as well as room that the private pool was in. Property management company did come out but still didn't seem to work once looked at and left. Pool was nice for our granddaughter but the water temp wasn't very warm for anyone else to want to stay in for very long. Could partially have been because of the heater not working properly and the room being cold. Only other thing I would say was a negative is that there wasn't enough living room seating for everyone.
Kitchen and dining room area had plenty of seating. Kitchen was stocked nicely with small appliances and cookware/bakeware. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and most were a very nice, large size. Cabin was nicely decorated. Pool table/arcade room was a fun area that we enjoyed. Hot Tub was also nice. There was outdoor patio seating on 2 levels along with firetables which was nice. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge Parkway. Cabin is very close to other cabins but we knew this at time of booking. It was fairly quiet though even with construction going on around us. The parking is tight if you have bigger vehicles but again this is not a secluded cabin so to be expected. Overall good experience.
