Welcome to Beech Bear Crossing! Nestled within a tranquil wooded lot in Beech Mountain, NC, this charming vacation home offers an ideal retreat for families and friends. The exterior boasts a spacious fenced yard, perfect for children to play safely, and a cozy fire pit, ideal for evening gatherings. Inside, the main level features a modern kitchen adorned with granite countertops and a dining table, seamlessly flowing into a living room with a rustic wood-burning fireplace, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, a flatscreen TV, and convenient access to the deck. This level also houses two inviting queen bedrooms: one is an ensuite, while the other is served by a full bathroom in the hallway. ​​​​​​​Ascend to the loft to find two twin beds and another TV, providing a perfect nook for relaxation. The lower level is a haven of entertainment, featuring a game room equipped with a Roku TV, a comfortable sofa, a foosball table, and a mini fridge. This level also includes a bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk and the laundry center, as well as another bedroom with a queen bed and a second wood-burning fireplace. The two lower-level bedrooms share a hall bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. Guest may access the fenced in yard through an exterior door in the queen bedroom. Additional Notes: - Mini-splits have been added to the home for guest comfort. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes and may be necessary for all homes on Beech Mountain. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - Please note that the owners use outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure that their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the interior of the home. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
