The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight people. The en suite bathroom is designed to make you feel pampered, with a full bath that invites you to relax and unwind. Two more bedrooms with queen-sized beds are perfect for couples or friends and share access to a well-appointed full bathroom. The living room, featuring a beautiful stone gas fireplace, is warm and inviting, with plenty of sunlight streaming through the large windows that offer stunning mountain views. Quiet Policy: This home is located in a private neighborhood. Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party. Please note that although the yard is fenced, it is not completely escape-proof. Therefore, it is imperative that guests supervise their dogs at all times to prevent any escape attempts. It is mandatory for all guests to clean up after their dogs in the yard. This is to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone.
