Each of the five bedrooms includes a private en-suite bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy. Two queen-size sleeper sofas-one in the living room and one in the theater room-offer additional sleeping space. The large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area invites togetherness, while the cozy fireplace adds a warm mountain ambiance. Step outside onto the expansive covered porches to enjoy breathtaking views of English Mountain or unwind in the private hot tub after a day of adventure. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.
