Connected to the master suite is a bunk room which offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath. These bedrooms will share a bathroom. The final bedroom on the upper level offers a queen bed and a private bathroom. There's plenty of room for guests or family members to enjoy their own private space. Head downstairs to find the game room complete with a pool table! For ultimate relaxation, step outside onto the expansive wrap-around deck, complete with a swing and ample seating. Awaiting you in the private backyard is a brand new hot tub which offers soothing hydrotherapy. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property is pet friendly for up to a maximum of 2 dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee. - While this home offers easy access, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during inclement weather months where snow or ice may be present. - Level, paved parking space for up to 6 vehicles. - Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
