Bedroom 2 - Queen bed on the main level with a ceiling fan. Access to hall full bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite counters. Bedroom 3 - Full bed on the main level with a ceiling fan. Access to hall full bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite counters. Bedroom 4 - King bed on the lower level with ceiling fan. Access to hall full bathroom with tiled shower and vessel sink. Twin Daybed with twin trundle- Located on lower level in the Rec room. Across from half bath. Sleeper Sofa located on lower level. Access to both hall full bath and half bath. This home features an outdoor gas firetable with comfortable seating to look out into the seasonal mountain views. Long range views of Appalachian Ski Mountain can be seen from the deck. Reinforced children's playset is in the yard nearby. Play a friendly game of foosball downstairs. Or cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room on the main level. Day Dreamin' features two kitchens! The renovated lower level includes a full kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, dishware, and even a heated marble floor. Both kitchens have ample dishware and there are a Keurig and Drip coffeemaker on each level. Have a few emails to catch up on? We have a dedicated workspace for you! Minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Ski Mountain! IMPORTANT NOTES - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - There is ample gravel parking at this home for up to 5 vehicles. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
