Zeek's Retreat is located in the RiverPointe Community, a charming neighborhood that's just a five-minute drive from the main Pigeon Forge Strip. With so much to see and do in the area, you'll love coming back to your cozy retreat at the end of the day. Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the property. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & check-in information. Check-Out: 10am ​​​​​​​Cancellation Policy: $50 Fee -Before 30 days - Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee -Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50).
