The open concept first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining space for the whole family to dine together. Grill up your favorite supper on the charcoal grill and enjoy it on the SCREENED-IN PORCH, which also includes a steamy hot tub. Surrounded by trees and lush vegetation, you'll find it hard to go back indoors! Venture up to the game loft and kick back in the hammock while the kids play a game of foosball. At the end of the day, snuggle in with your sweetie for a soak in a jacuzzi tub and enjoy the warmth of a stone gas fireplace from the king-sized bed in one of TWO master suites. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
