Not just marble counter tops, but marble back-splash, as well! The custom cabinetry, slate tile floor and recessed lighting complete a kitchen any gourmet chef would be proud to prepare a meal in! After dinner, head out to the camp-fire pit perched at the top of the hill to roast some marshmallows and share some ghost stories! The hot tub on the deck, just off the master suite, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain view! The deck and great room also share a see-through gas log fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly winter evenings. Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
