Custom King log bed with gas fireplace and large Jacuzzi tub in the main level master, Custom King Log bed in the upper level master, both bedrooms offering Flat Screen TV's, outside on the covered deck everyone can enjoy the invigorating HOT TUB. Shoot some pool in the loft as you enjoy the Surround Sound FLAT SCREEN TV in the living room. All this on a private lot just below the Big Bear Lodge for those larger groups.

Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
