Once inside you'll find 2 King log bedrooms with TV's and their own full bath's, a Pool Table in the loft, an LCD TV in front of the Queen sleeper sofa and a stone gas fireplace. There is seating for up to 9 people in the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook for all of them! Out on the huge deck you'll find a porch swing, rockers, a beautiful hot tub and even a table and chairs so you can have breakfast in the woods! This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
