About the Home • Luxury kitchen with eat-in dining for 4, gas range, dishwasher, and standard drip-style coffee maker. • Open-concept living room with gas log fireplace, wine cooler, and SmartTV. • Open-air deck with outdoor dining for 4 and gas grill, overlooking impressive mountain views. • Fully enclosed all-seasons room with bar-style table, seating, and gas log fireplace. • This property is not pet-friendly. • The entrance to Bear Mountain Lodge is located on the upper level of the building. In order to reach the unit, you must use one flight of stairs. Where to Unwind • The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with spacious vanity and walk-in shower. • A second bedroom on the main floor offers a bedroom with two twin-size beds. A full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower combination, can be accessed from the hallway. • The upper level offers a third bedroom with a king-size bed, SmartTV, a dedicated workspace with 2 available monitors, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Where to Explore As a guest in Mountain Air, you have access to 6 private parks with a variety of ponds, picnic areas, overlooks, and seating areas, as well as 3 trail systems with a total of 16 trailheads for easy access to hiking, all within the community. For this reason, we can't accept reservations made less than 3 days prior to your arrival. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions and delayed snow plow operations are possible within the development. From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles. We also highly recommend travel insurance.
