On cool mornings and lazy afternoons when you'd rather enjoy the view outside, walk onto one of the two incredible decks. The newest deck triples the size of the original, and it provides the perfect place to take in the sounds and sights of the Lake Burnett Reservoir, while the second provides a shaded area to read your morning paper over coffee, get your morning workout in, or gather with friends and family at the end of the day to enjoy a glass of wine and share stories. Please note that while the garage is not available for parking, the driveway is easily accessible, and it provides space for up to 4 cars. Please note that the owner has an exterior webcam which is mounted on the 2nd-floor balcony to monitor the weather.
