With such a great location, it's easy to take in the expansive mountain and valley views whether you're gathered around the fireplace inside or resting on the back deck. As the sun goes down, you can visit the Monarch Butterfly sanctuary just below the cabin, and once it's dark, you can roast marshmallows and tell stories around the outdoor fire pit. This retreat will allow you to enjoy the best of what nature has to offer while still being conveniently located just a short drive away from Hendersonville, Arden, Fletcher, and Asheville. House Layout: This well-built log home features an open floor plan with a two-story great room with TV for streaming, a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of natural light, a primary bedroom on the main level with a king bed and full bath (accessible from bedroom and hallway), a guest bedroom upstairs with a bunk bed and also a full bed (streaming TV in this room). The upper level offers an open, loft-style bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway. Outside, there is a fire pit for your enjoyment. Please Note: This home is pet friendly with an additional fee. Parts of the road leading to the home are narrow. The last half mile is gravel and a high clearance vehicle is highly recommended in the event the road is rutted out after weather.
