The primary bedroom has a King bed and en suite bath on the main level as well as access to a private covered porch with lovely lake views. The upper level offers an open loft with a full-size pullout sofa, a bedroom with a Queen bed and en suite bath, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and an en suite bath. ​​​​​​​Located just 45 minutes from Asheville in Nebo, this upscale lakefront home is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the Lake James area has to offer. Spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails like the Fonta Flora Loop in Lake James State Park or High Shoal Falls in South Mountains State Park before grabbing a refreshing craft beer at Fonta Flora's open-air brewery at Whippoorwill Farm. Take a short 25-minute drive to reach downtown Marion where you can spend your afternoon exploring the new 310 District, an indoor shopping space that's home to Toonez Chop House, Chances of Sprinkles Bakery, and several retail shops.
