HOUSE LAYOUT: One level: kitchen/dining area, living room with electric fireplace TV console combo (the TV is 52 inches), master bedroom with king and full bath. The home is outfitted with two Smart TVs (streaming only). The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed. There is a full hall bath. Please Note: Sheets and towels are INCLUDED for your convenience. The driveway leading to the home is steep but paved. Parking is available for 3 cars. This home is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee. Due to insurance regulations, there are certain breeds that are not permitted. We ARE NOT able to have the following breeds: Akila, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above.
