From the house, you have easy access to hiking trails leading to multiple waterfalls, including Upper Catawba Falls. House Layout: Main Level with spacious floor plan; soothing sunroom with electric fireplace; chef's kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, and Keurig, kitchen opens up into dining nook and living area with 55" flat screen TV (Direct TV provided) and wood burning fireplace; bedroom with queen and full bathroom (walk-in shower only); Master bedroom with king, electric fireplace and full bathroom (walk-in shower and soaking tub); half bath in hallway. The lower level open floor plan continues with the spacious den and game room areas; the game room features a card table, Pac-Man arcade machine, pool table, and Foosball; the den with a 65" flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and snack bar; half bath; 2nd Master bedroom with 2 queen beds, electric fireplace and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower and soaking tub). Outdoors- two upper decks with views; BBQ area with outdoor dining and gas grill; hot tub deck, fire pit, and outdoor yard games like horseshoes and lawn darts. Please Note: While the outdoor BBQ area with a gas grill and dining table can be used by guests, the outdoor kitchen is NOT permitted for guest use. There are two exterior security cameras at the property (one on the front porch and one at the backside of the house). No parking is allowed on roadways, at gate entrances, or in non-paved areas in the Catawba Falls Community. Please keep your vehicle(s) on the driveway, or use the road below the house (Mesa Falls Dr).
