Corner Cottage is all about location, location, location! The coziest comforts of home are provided for up to 2 guests with a full bath, kitchen, living room, and bedroom with a Queen bed. A college professor owns this hideaway and chose it as a quiet place to read, write, and indulge in a good TV/movie binge! Take a convenient walk to downtown Black Mountain for shopping and food, or make your way over to Lake Tomahawk to enjoy the mountain scenery. Spend the evening on the charming front porch, while enjoying the wildflower garden. Stroll to town for dinner or circle the lake path at sunset. It is all within easy reach of the Corner Cottage! Please Note: The upper level of Corner Cottage is a separate rental and might be occupied at the same time as the main level. Both rentals have their own dedicated exterior entrance and parking space. All utilities are included in this monthly furnished rental. There is a $100 monthly power allowance, and any overage should be reimbursed by the tenant. Window units and baseboard heating will keep you comfortable in summer or winter. Please note that during the harsher winter months, the power bill could be as high as $240.00. Corner Cottage is pet-friendly and will allow cats and dogs. There is a $150 fee per pet. This home has Cable TV (100+ channels) operated through Apple TV rather than a cable box.
