This stylish townhome also offers quick access to numerous hiking trails, waterfalls, and area activities. Drive less than 10 minutes to reach Linville Caverns where you can spend the day hearing the lore surrounding the caverns and exploring the subterranean world that includes ancient limestone and the caverns' adorable batty residents. For those who love to chase waterfalls, travel under 15 minutes to reach the outright gorgeous 90 ft. Linville Falls or 80-ft. multi-cascade Tom's Creek Falls, 30 minutes to the two-tiered 25-foot Grassy Creek Falls, and under 40 minutes to the majestic 70-ft.
