Welcome to Appy Pappys! This charming log home in the heart of Seven Devils is newly updated in 2023. The wrap-around porch is ready to welcome you and your guests as you relax in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Gather at the fire table, or cook up dinner on the Blackstone and then dine al fresca. Inside, the kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and granite counters with bar space for three, with the nearby dining area with a table for eight. The living room has a gas log fireplace with large screen Roku TV and comfortable leather sofa. The home offers three king bedrooms, one on each level of the home. The open loft has a pool table and TV for entertainment, plus a twin sleeper and a desk for convenience. The upper king bedroom has a private door to the full bathroom. The king bedroom on the main level is across the hall from the full bathroom with the washer and dryer in the hallway between them. The lower level has two bedrooms, a king and a queen. If you need space to spread out, there is also a second living space on the lower level with a patio door that leads to the hot tub. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for $25/night each plus taxes. - AWD/4WD and/or chains are required during inclement weather for the town of Seven Devils. This home's driveway is slightly uphill and gravel. Please prepare safely. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. The homeowner also provides hair dryers. Towels and linens will also be provided - There is one security camera mounted on the home's exterior overlooking the ramp and parking area of the driveway.
