Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Spring Break 2024
The house was perfect for our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 15 year old boys. The staff at Elk Springs were pleasant and very prompt to respond with any questions or concerns prior to and during our stay.
Excellent Trip!
We went here for my bachelor party and it was amazing! The views were incredible, the cabin was clean, and the owners were thoughtful and communicative. I think the only critique I had was that the hot tub is not as big as it seems in the picture online; it fit 5-6 men comfortably. Beyond that though, it was an excellent trip and I would definitely come back.
Amazing View, Amazing Cabin, You'Ll Love It!
This is a 5 star property. Comfortable, plenty of space, amazing views! We highly recommend. Only three small things to note. 1 - No tub in any of the bathrooms. (Our grandkids normally bathe in tubs). 2 - Bring your own Kuerig unless you prefer brewing coffee with the provided "old school" coffee maker. 3 - We're ceiling fan people. Ceiling fan in only one bedroom. We packed a box fan and that worked! These are small things! Again, this cabin is absolutely amazing. You'll love it!!!

Beautiful Cabin With A Beautiful View
We really enjoyed our weekend here. It was so peaceful and quiet. The views from the deck were so beautiful! Very spacious home with a game room too! We can't wait to stay again.
Never Go Home
I could have stayed and never went back home. This is one we will do again. Loved the room to spread out and the daily visit from Mama bear and her babies were awesome.
