The main level also hosts the luxurious king ensuite bedroom, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with custom tilework. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck, allowing you to wake up to the stunning mountain views and enjoy your morning coffee in peace. Descending to the lower level, you'll discover more luxurious accommodations and amenities, including a second king ensuite bedroom with its own deck access, and a queen bedroom for additional guests, also with deck access. The lower deck is a hub of activity, featuring a built-in outdoor kitchen equipped with everything you need for al fresco dining and entertaining. NOTES: - This home allows one mature, crate-trained dog to stay for an additional rent of $25 per night plus taxes. - AWD/4WD will be required in times of snow or ice to access the home. Please plan accordingly! - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Guests returning to Grandview Haven may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent. - Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM.
