"The experience was great! The cabin was wonderful and clean. The decor and atmosphere was very scenic. The view was picturesque. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to vacation in the Smokies!"

Great Place To Stay!
The Cabin was great, lots of room for all guest. The view was amazing from all 3 decks. Great location, not far from everything but yet far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. There are 2 minor complaints about the cabin, the first being the grill and hot tub are located on the lowest level deck. This makes it hard for someone with a physical disability to enjoy because they have to climb 3 flights of stairs. And the kitchen and everything is on the main floor, so it would make more since to me that the grill be on that level, along with the hot tub in my opinion. So other than those 2 things, everything was fantastic, and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Everything was exactly as described. The cabin was pristine. Wonderful hot tub! Fun games! We would go again tomorrow if we could!
Nice Place And Great Location
Very nice place; beautiful cabin; great location and easy access to most everything. Our only downsides were that the jets on one of the jacuzzi tubs was not working (management tried to fix, but it looks like it was going to take more extensive repairs). We also had a really hard rain one day and two of the windows started to leak on the first floor. Nothing major, but I could see that causing damage for the property owners over time if someone was not there to sop up the water. Also, it would be great to have shades in the theater room (hard to watch in the daytime, but great at night). Bear Tracts management and maintenance were great to work with, explorie customer service was easy to call and sent free tickets to events in minutes. Overall we had a great time, and hope to do it again in the future.

Bear Pause Lookout
There were no hangers to hang clothes in closets, it would help to inform guests.I would suggest the owner invest in luggage racks for the bedrooms, there is no place to put your suitcase. The bed is the logical place to put it to unpack and pack, this doesn’t do any good for the wear and tear or cleanest of the bedspread. The chandeliers in the family room are very bright and would be much nicer with a dimmer switch. Overall the facility was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed and appreciate our stay with you. Thank you very much
