Tranquility provides a highly desired single step entry and has a king bedroom suite on the main floor with a completely updated double sink bathroom with walk-in shower and heated tile floors. The upstairs suite has also been fully renovated with a king bed, custom built in closet/entertainment cabinet with sliding barn doors and large walk-in shower with waterfall shower head. Downstairs guests can relax on the large sectional sofa that has a bar area and large 65” flat screen tv and a stone gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms have queen beds with built-in vanity/workspace and private bathrooms. The large third bedroom has 2 queen beds and ensuite bath with tub/shower. From this beautiful home you are 6 miles to Blowing Rock, 7 miles to Boone, 9 miles to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, 7 miles to Hawksnest for ziplining and snow tubing. IMPORTANT NOTES - Due to neighborhood restrictions, reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival. Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - Motorcycles are strictly prohibited inside the Hound Ears community. - Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant; as per Club rules updated in late 2023. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - Parking space for up to 6 vehicles. -Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
