There is a fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, range and refrigerator. The Living room offers 50 inch flat screen television with a Dvd Player, Pull out sofa sleeper, love seat, 2 end tables and a coffee table. One bedroom offers a king size bed and the other offers a queen size bed. There is 2 Bathrooms with tub and shower combos. There is a large deck area off the back with a hot tub and surprise lightning out back at night to enjoy. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the outdoor furniture or a steak on the gas grill. Host Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you should need to cancel, please call our office with a 60 day notice and you will only forfeit half of your balance required to reserve.

Under the 60 day notice you will forfeit the amount paid.

You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation has been made and confirmed.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Dogs are only allowed at pet-friendly homes. Dogs are the only pets allowed and must be registered with the office and weigh less than 35 lbs.

If a pet is found in a cabin that is not pet-friendly, you will be asked to leave the premises forfeiting all remaining rent and security deposit
