Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Loved Our Stay!
Modern Adventure Splash was amazing!! We had an incredible time with my family. All the amenities made the trip perfect. We especially enjoyed the playset for the kids. We are looking forward to retuning soon!

Awesome Weekend Getaway
Awesome property in a great location. We had great communication with Elk Springs. Problems that arose during our stay were quickly addressed and solved.
Wonderful Cabin And Time With Family
The cabin was spacious with lots of amenities. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It makes it very easy for families to share the cabin. There were 4 adults and 4 kids with ample space!:)
I gave a 3 star review for cleanliness because there were some candy wrappers next to the beds in one room and trash around the porch, (empty chicken container and some plates) other than that, it was very clean. The dog next door came to visit us a few times, and he was very sweet! He could have drug some trash over!
Recommendations: Make sure to bring your own supplies. There are typically some starter items, but there wasn’t even salt/pepper. There were extra pillows, but no extra pillow cases. The house could use some extra linens, especially for the pull out couch in the theater room. The hot tub was set to 102 F when we arrived, but it was only 90 F. We couldn’t use it until our 2nd day. I imagine they drained and refilled the hot tub to clean it, and it didn’t have time to heat up.
Positives- We LOVED the theater room, the indoor pool, the hot tub, playground, and porch! The location is fabulous!! Definitely recommend the mountain coasters only a few minutes down the road!! Overall, a wonderful stay, easy check in, A+ customer service!!
PS- The drive way is very narrow, but fine for a typical vehicle. I called specifically to book a place with a driveway that would fit our trailer. We were informed this place had plenty of space. The length was fine- just super narrow with giant boulders on the side of driveway!

Wonderful Cabin
This cabin was a great place for our extended family to enjoy. It has everything you'd want and as described. Spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, large indoor common area and a large outdoor common area, pool, hot tub, a fire pit among the amenities. It was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We highly recommend it and will look at staying here again.
