Delightful Views at The Lodges at Elkmont is our newest addition in the Elkmont community, only a mile from the heart of Banner Elk. Breathtaking views surround you in this luxurious, level entry condo. The home boasts a modern, well-equipped kitchen for any chef. You'll find specialties such as a French press, griddle, sandwich maker, and more in this spacious, granite kitchen. The living and dining area overlook the deck and views. Gather around the gas log fireplace inside, or step out to the chairs on the deck for a quiet evening with the stars. The primary suite is a king bedroom with TV, deck access, with a tiled shower and double vanity. Across the hall is a second king bedroom with an attached bathroom that also opens to the hallway for guests convenience. Upstairs is a second living space in the loft with sofa, TV, and board games. A third bedroom with two twin beds is on the opposite wing of the upper level. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower combination. Outside, enjoy the spacious wrap around porch with patio furniture, long range mountain views and easy walking distance to the community fire pit and picnic area. The Lodges at Elkmont is just around the corner from The Banner Elk Winery and only five minutes from downtown Banner Elk. Featuring a wide variety of noted gourmet restaurants and specialty, upscale boutiques, Banner Elk is the perfect 4 season resort town. The property is just around the corner from The Banner Elk Winery and beautiful Valle Crucis. The springtime is ablaze with wildflowers, the summers are warm and inviting, fall's foliage is absolutely stunning, and the snows of winter transform these mountains into a picturesque winter wonderland. ADDITIONAL NOTES: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - This home allows up to 1 mature, hypoalergenic well-trained dog up to 15 lbs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - This community requires a minimum of 7 night stays. CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
