Home Truths:
- Our welcome center is open from 9 AM - 5 PM, at 200 Golfwatch Rd, Canton, NC 28716. If you plan to arrive after 5 PM, please call us at 828-235-8451. We want to ensure your arrival is as seamless as possible!
- The property is located in the Springdale Golf Resort. A golf cart is included with your stay, additional golf carts can be rented from the Golf Pro Shop. While you can navigate the area with your car, you may find it easier to move from your unit to the Restaurant and Golf Shop via golf cart.
- Cleaning fee: $100 Yonder openly shares & clearly posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests.
Quiet Policy: Springdale Resort is in the peaceful gated community of Springdale. We do ask that all guests respect their neighbors without parties, loud noise and unruly behavior.
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Host Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy works in three phases:
Phase 1: Cancellations that are made more than ninety-one (91) days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, less the processing fee, a $350.00 service charge and the Travel Insurance Premium (if purchased).
Phase 2: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) to sixty-one (61) days of the arrival date, forfeit the initial 50% payment.
Phase 3: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date will forfeit all payments, except cleaning fees and applicable taxes. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent*. *Email constitutes effective written notice and is governed by the timestamp of email receipt
