Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Tennessee Cabin
The cabin was wonderful. The only issues that I think can be improved is the amount of cleaning supplies could be increased. Dishsoap, trash bags, and paper towels. And the internet is very poor. Streaming a movie is not going to happen.
Review
Overall we had a good stay. I loved that we were able to entertain upstairs and down. The kids loved the pool table. The house could have been cleaner though. The floors were very dirty. It would have been a 5 star review if cleaner.
Hawksvue Cabin For 10-Just Ok
Hawksvue Just OK —
1) 3 non functional televisions that the management company was aware of prior to arrival. Also owners do not provide cable on all televisions.
2) Responsiveness from property management company was poor via email and phone. We had to contact them daily for status on issues reported vs them proactively providing updates on known issue. For example, 2nd maintenance tech came to cabin said he would be back in 25 minutes to fix issues and never came back or called. We waited over 2 hours for his return. The next day we contacted the management office because no one ever came back or contacted us. The management office did not contact us although they advised they were aware that he was to return and they still not provide resolution to issue.
3) Cleanliness- found several articles of clothing left by prior guest in the cabin and the windows were full of dust and cobwebs..Sent photos to the management office.
4) Internet/wifi was sketchy and unstable
5) Hot tub takes 24 hours to heat. This needs to be included in the instructions.
6) Decent location for tri-cities, winding uphill roads, recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle. Good # of parking spaces.
7) Fully equipped kitchen
8) Can’t adjust thermostat max is 75 heat.

Hawks Vue
The cabin and location was great and we had a good time. However, internet and TV service was non-existent until the 4th day of our vacation. It did not seem to be a priority. For the price of the cabin we just expected a quicker response. Overall, otherwise things were very exceptable.
Great House, Unimpressive Stay.
The house is incredible, but very poorly equipped. Regardless of how many people or length of stay, you’ll be given one roll of paper towels, one rag, one dish tablet, and one pack of laundry detergent (you’ll need to do laundry as you don’t get enough towels for hot tub and shower). Everything else is on you, including cleaning supplies. Don’t expect any cooking supplies (oil, salt and pepper, etc). Coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned and we were greeted with mold in the morning. Propane tank was empty (it was replaced next day). We enjoyed our stay, but it was despite the host, not because of them.
Hawksvue
Cabin AC is set and LOCK to 70 degrees but it was HOT as **** in the cabin. Called about the AC temperature but stated they could not doing anything about it. I would not recommend to stay here due to the AC settings unless you can sleep in HOT temperature setting.
