This beautiful log cabin home on 1.7 acres was extensively renovated Summer 2022 with all new kitchen and baths to provide guests an amazing experience. The property is 35 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport. Elevation: 3,300' elevation averages a few degrees cooler temperatures than Waynesville! PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Host Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy works in three phases:

Phase 1: Cancellations that are made more than ninety-one (91) days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, less the processing fee, a $350.00 service charge and the Travel Insurance Premium (if purchased).

Phase 2: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) to sixty-one (61) days of the arrival date, forfeit the initial 50% payment.

Phase 3: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date will forfeit all payments, except cleaning fees and applicable taxes. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent*. *Email constitutes effective written notice and is governed by the timestamp of email receipt
