Location: Private estate home located in a quiet mountain setting. 10 minutes to south Asheville & Biltmore Park, 15 minutes to Asheville Regional Airport, 15 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate, and 20 minutes south-east of downtown Asheville. For hiking, cycling and driving enthusiasts: 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the Bent Creek Trailhead, 35 minutes to Pisgah National Forest, 40 minutes to Craggy Gardens Visitor Center, and 50 minutes to DuPont State Recreational Forest. Convenient to everything in Western North Carolina (WNC), and accessed via ONLY paved roads. Then folks can adjourn to the lounge, media room, games room, or billiards room. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out, to find your own serenity. There are 4 outdoor relaxation areas; the rockers on the front porch, the south facing deck overlooking the mountains, the terrace patio with hot tub, and the Adirondacks around the firepit. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
