You are also app. 1 hour from the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads. Mountain Air private roads are plowed and salted for any snow events or ice. PLEASE NOTE that the cottage is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their neighborhood. There are 3 outside porches, decks, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation; including the hot tub. While at the Villa, everyone enjoys all that the home has to offer; from the garage Game Room, multiple Great Room fireplaces, and of course the spectacular decks, where you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard.
