An Escape to Remember at Eagles Nest

Welcome to An Escape to Remember, your base for Camp Eagles Nest in walking distance to tennis and pickleball and five minutes from the North Pavilion. Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm. The beautiful, new kitchen opens to the living area with deck access. The gas fireplace and large TV have several chairs and a sofa. The two suites are on either side of the living room. The King suite to the right has a TV and a fabulous bathroom. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower, and the double vanity with a granite counter top. The King suite on the left has the same great views, with a tiled tub/shower combination, and a granite double vanity. On the back deck, you'll find a gas grill and new hot tub on the expanded deck and steps down to the firepit. Parking in the front is flat and level for 2-3 vehicles. While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Ball Field Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking) Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts Pickleball Frisbee Golf Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - This home allows up to 2 dogs, a max of 60lbs each for an additional rent of $25/night per dog plus tax. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee and cash bar for food and drinks. - 4WD required for winter months and chains may be necessary during times of snow or ice. - All linens and towels provided. - All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - Guests returning to An Escape to Remember may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
