Sunset Valley at Eagles Nest

Sunset Valley is a stunning home overlooking the Eagles Nest Winery with long range views. The interior is single level living for easy access and four suites. Two bedrooms feature king beds one with a queen fold-out sofa bed, and two have queen beds. Off the living room is a TV room with cozy, large sectional and deck access. In the attached garage is a poker/bumper pool table, foosball, board games, desks for school/work, and your own fitness station (small fridge in photos is no longer there). Outside you'll find a fireplace and TV on the deck, dining on the deck and on the patio below, a hot tub with privacy wall, and a beautiful fire pit. Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Vineyard Village, where Sunset Valley is located. While enjoying your stay at Sunset Valley, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods, **including the Vineyard Village**. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - There is an additional $200 fee to the POA in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development included in your total. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website. - The front of this home is monitored by two cameras for safety. Both are only directed towards the outside entrance. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
