White Eagle Lodge at Eagles Nest

Welcome to White Eagle Lodge at Eagles Nest! This custom built home in the Village of Eagles Nest has room for 12 guests in four rooms, three full baths. With a fire pit and a game room, you'll find plenty to do without ever leaving the home. The main floor features an open living area with stone fireplace to the lofted ceilings. The leather sectional surrounds the gas fireplace and TV. A game table is nestled in the corner for board games with the family. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests with another three barstools at the large, granite island. The kitchen is stocked with all of your needs for preparing a delicious meal. Behind the sliding barn doors is the game room. In here you will find a beautiful, carved pool table, foosball, a putting green, seating, and a TV with speaker bar. Keep the barn doors open to expand the living area, or slide them closed for sound protection. A bathroom is located off of the kitchen for guest access, near the laundry center. The main level has the large king suite. It has deck access, a TV and ceiling fan. The exquisite bathroom has a large soaking tub, a tiled shower, bidet, and double granite vanity. Upstairs is a sitting area in the loft, perfect for cuddling up with a book or crossword, or catching up with family. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two with Queen beds, and a bonus room with a full sized bed and four twin beds, perfect for the children or a younger family who needs to keep the little ones close at night. The shared full bath upstairs has a combination tub/shower with jets and double granite vanity. It opens to both the hallway and one of the queen bedrooms. On the deck, enjoy the private views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, There is a dining table for six and a gas grill. In the yard below is a stone firepit, ready for s'mores! While enjoying your stay at White Eagle Lodge, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. ADDITIONAL NOTES: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs under 40 lbs each with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - The garage is not available for guest use, but the driveway provides ample parking for the home. - Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - There is an additional room on the main level to which guests do not have access, and locked crawlspace upstairs. It is not shown in the 3D tour or photos. - The home has security cameras to monitor the driveway and exterior for safety. CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
