Upstairs is a loft area equipped with a desktop computer with high-speed internet and a printer and a table for puzzles or games, and very spacious master suite with king bed, cozy sitting area, 36" Satellite HDTV with DVD Player, and a full private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Downstairs is a large den with 36-inch Satellite HDTV, gas-log, stone fireplace, a master suite with king bed, 36-inch HDTV, and full private bathroom, a game room with pool table, and a lower deck with 2 porch swings and hot tub to sit or soak and relax while taking in the views. Step outside anytime to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds which include a stone fire pit and sitting area for gathering in the cool evenings to snuggle and roast marshmallows. There's also a small creek running through the property. Enjoy plenty of space and comfort and privacy in and around this beautiful home which is located in Valle Crucis less than 10 minutes to Boone dining and shopping, 20 minutes away from Main Street Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, the Blue Ridge Parkway, outlet shops, and only 10 minutes to ASU. Also within 20-40 minutes to Ski Beech, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Hawknest Snow Tubing and Zipline Resort, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and every other High Country attraction. Due to the slower speed, it is not suitable for gaming or streaming movies. Additional notes: - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time.
